At 7th Gen, we stand by the quality of our cutting-edge electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your 7th Gen account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is factory reset, placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
