Adhesive backed, 3mm thick foam.  Comes in a strip approximately 9mm wide x 152mm long.  Great for attaching to back side of batteries and some screens to prevent them from moving.  Cut into smaller pieces if you find there is too much compression.  Double up the thickness if you have a very large gap.
